This blacksmithing course is like no other. The entire two day course uses absolutely no modern equipment. Translated: NO electrify, NO power tools. Just your arms.
Everything from heating the metal using a Japanese Box Bellows forge (see picture) to 1800's British accordion side draft forge to a forge using a hand cranked forge blower. To make it more interesting, we will be using exclusively charcoal - not blacksmithing coal.
The course items will be all items from the 1800's using the same techniques and conducted outside (shade provided).
